This art event, which started as a part of the conservation movement of Iwate Prefecture Public Hall, a historic building in Iwate Prefecture, was held in a biennale format with one artist in each room.. In addition to art exhibitions, various programs were helds uch as music concerts, dance performances, art auctions, lectures, cafe and restaurants.
